How it works
Three steps.
Step 1: Participant runs a role-based mock. A participant logs in on their phone or laptop, picks their role pathway - customer service, IT support, healthcare admin, warehouse operations, and answers behavioral and situational questions by audio or video. No scheduling. No waiting for staff. They can practice the night before an interview if that's when they have time.
Step 2: Clarivue scores the response and returns feedback. Clarivue transcribes the answer and scores it against a defined rubric: answer structure (Situation, Task, Action, Result), relevance to the question, and clarity. How to evaluate a pilot
In a pilot, look for a repeatable pattern worth scaling.
Start with distribution, not totals. What share of your cohort completed at least one practice session per week, and who didn't? Low adoption often signals onboarding or communication gaps. Fix those first.
Then look at whether rubric scores moved between the first and last session. A consistent upward trend across the cohort means the coaching loop is working. Flat scores mean either the rubric needs tightening, or participants aren't acting on the feedback - both are worth knowing.
Watch what happens to repeat staff interventions. Track how often the same participant needed additional coaching sessions or extended case management before their first real interview. If that number drops, the tool is doing its job.
Finally, track placement rates against a prior cohort on the same pathway. This takes longer to see and has confounding factors, but it's the number that matters to funders. Even a directional signal after one cohort is worth having.
